Neither NSA nor NSL activated

A -1085 error indicates that neither analytics (NSA) nor licensing (NSL) has been enabled. At least one of them (usually NSL) needs to be enabled in order to open and use the library.

Solution

Make sure that NSA and/or NSL is enabled in the xml string passed to NalpLibOpen(). See https://support.nalpeiron.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005759374-Developers-API-Latest- for info on the xml string needed for NalpLibOpen().
