Server denied transaction

Features associated with a license code have states that can be set to different values under different circumstances. If the state of a feature is such that access cannot be permitted, then the error in question is generated.

One way the error can happen is if a client tries to check out too many elements from an element pool, i.e. more than are available.

Solution

Check that the desired features are enabled and available for the license code in question.
