verification error

A -2010 error is a license verification error; it can occur for a variety of reasons.

Solution

Send us both the log file and the license file (with Loglevel set to 4), at which time we should be able to give you more information as to why the error occurred.

Alternatively, the local license file can be deleted. The library will re-create the file during app startup when the license is refreshed with a call to NSLGetLicense(). If there were remaining consumption tokens, the license file can still be deleted, but the remaining tokens will be lost. This may be the case anyway if the license file is failing verification.
