When the library contacts the server, it passes in the name of the desired function. When the server responds, it includes that name in the response. If the response doesn't contain that function name, the result is a -4007 error.
Often a -4007 error indicates that something other than the Nalpeiron server responded to the licensing library. That is, an intervening firewall or proxy replied and the format is such that the library kicks up a -4007 error. Sending us a log-level 4 logfile from the WorkDir that covers the problem as it occurs may reveal more specific information regarding the error.
