SOAP Host can't be resolved

A -4303 error means that the lookup of my.nalpeiron.com is failing on the local machine. The library uses the client computer's name resolver to look up my.nalpeiron.com. The most likely cause is that something is mis-configured with the DNS lookup on the local machine, or the network is down.

Solution

Debug local DNS name resolution, check network.
