SOAP Empty response from server

A -4309 error indicates that the library didn't receive any information back in a situation where some response is required. This error can occur when there is a local network issue (e.g. spotty or unusually heavy traffic on slow networks, or the network is down) or an intervening proxy server or firewall interrupts the connection.

Solution

Check for network (or network configuration) issues.
