SOAP Network receive error

A -4311 indicates that the library successfully connected to the Nalpeiron server and a SOAP transaction was begun. At some point during the SOAP transaction the library received an error in response to a recv call on a socket. It is a network error rather than an error internal to the library.

Solution

The error is almost certainly caused by a network issue at the client's location, most likely a misconfigured proxy or intervening firewall.
