SOAP transmission error 31

A -4431 error indicates that FTP couldn't use REST, the REST command failed. This command is used for resumed FTP transfers.

Sending us a log-level 4 logfile from the WorkDir that covers the problem as it occurs may reveal more specific information regarding the error.
