A -4435 error indicates an SSL handshake problem.

Solution

The most likely cause of this error is either an incorrectly set intervening proxy or firewall, or if your customers are trying to contact a lan daemon instead of the Nalpeiron server, attempting to do so with an https enabled library. Check configuration of proxy or firewall, or use a non-https enabled library with the lan daemon.
