Daemon license missing

A -5019 error originates with the daemon. Either the daemon's master license is missing or invalid, or the product license is missing or invalid.

Solution

The daemon issues licenses to clients based on the customerID/productID contained in the library requesting the license or seat. The above error indicates that the license corresponding to the customerID/productID stamped into the library is missing or invalid on the daemon. To see the product licenses, click on the license tab in the daemon's GUI.

To access a normal license in the daemon, do not use a license code. Instead, use the keyword "netseat". If a license code is used, the daemon will think that an LTCO with the specified license code is desired, and will return the -5019 error if LTCO has not been configured.
