XML file read error

This error means that some file did not parse as XML.

Solution

One cause of this is using passive license testing tools (plm, etc) with a normal license. The normal and passive licensing systems are mostly separate, using different encryption methods and tools. With normal licensing, use nilm and similar testing tools, while with passive licensing, use plm and similar testing tools.
