License file missing

When the library starts, if a license file isn't present, it creates a "stub" for its own use. A -7088 indicates that this file was created, but later the library was unable to access the file. That would seem to indicate that something is deleting the license file, or perhaps the directory containing it is becoming unmounted or similar.

Solution

Check that some other process is not interfering with the license file or its directory.
